Job Summary
Coordinate projects and workstreams supporting MM&I's strategic priorities and growth objectives. Develop project plans, track milestones, manage risks and dependencies, and facilitate recurring business cadences to keep initiatives on track. Analyze business data, conduct research, and prepare executive-ready materials to support decision-making while partnering across underwriting, operations, risk control, and other functions to remove obstacles. This role requires solid project management principles knowledge, proficiency with tools, and 5+ years of relevant experience. You will gain expertise in underwriting operations, business governance, and operational leadership while contributing to initiatives that directly support MM&I's $2.1B underwriting business growth.
Required Qualifications
- Solid knowledge of project management principles and concepts
- Proven ability to manage the project management life cycle
- Proficient with project management tools
- Competencies typically acquired through a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in addition to 5+ years of relevant experience to include project management work
Desired Qualifications
- Project management certification preferred
- Solid business operations knowledge to include understanding the function's value chain and market conditions strongly preferred
- Displays strong communication, organizational, analytical, critical thinking, presentation, influencing, and relationship management skills; effective team building skills
