Job Summary
Senior Analyst, Materials Operations/Production on the 1st shift to support and direct production activities, driving safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people metrics. Lead frontline teams, guide through production issues, and champion the integration of AI-driven tools and advanced systems to optimize scheduling and problem-solving across assembly operations, materials, maintenance, and scheduling. Focus on operational excellence, cost-and-LCPU reduction, continuous improvement, and the adoption of World Class Manufacturing methods to scale initiatives; foster a culture of teamwork, innovation, integrity, and excellence. Responsibilities include achieving daily production targets (Safety, OEE, CAL, Scrap, HPU, Productivity), delivering year-over-year cost savings, and leveraging data-driven decision-making. Preferred skills include experience with AI tools, automated systems, Kaizens, and Google Workspace. Minimum requirements include a Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of manufacturing experience with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or Data/Systems Management preferred) Or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of manufacturing experience
- 2+ years of experience supervising or leading a team
