Job Summary
Develop and maintain production and material plans based on manufacturing lead times, production priorities, and customer requirements. Create and release Production Orders on time, monitor material and assembly availability, and partner with cross-functional teams to assess production status and adjust schedules as needed. Expedite materials and operations impacting on-time delivery, provide weekly planning reports, and support quarterly analysis of Excess & Obsolete and PFEP to optimize inventory. Coordinate production priority changes with Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams while driving continuous improvement in material planning and WIP processes. This onsite position is based at the Rome, NY facility for an RTX Senior Analyst role with a salary range of $68,900 - $131,100.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship
- University Degree or equivalent experience
- minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience
- Advanced Degree in a related field
- Prior experience in material and inventory planning
