Job Summary
Coordinate and manage logistics for virtual and face-to-face training sessions, including venue setup, registration, and post-event reporting. Facilitate live event hosting via webinar platforms and maintain the Academy training calendar with topics, trainers, and presentation materials. Manage user lifecycle on the Academy Essentials Platform, handle program inquiries, and support cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution. Create marketing collateral, presentations, and communications for regional teams while assisting in generating reports to track program performance. Adapt Academy messaging and program updates for Mandarin-speaking audiences in Greater China, collaborating with local partners to promote engagement and align with regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Native Taiwanese Mandarin (Mandarin Chinese)
- Proficiency in English
- Proficiency in written Simplified Chinese
- Proficiency in Traditional Chinese
- Proven experience in event and logistics management
- Familiarity with MLS learning platforms
- Experience hosting webinars via Microsoft Teams, Zoom
- Advanced PowerPoint skills
- Flexible working hours to support regional training schedules
- Must abide by Mastercard's security policies and practices
- Must ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed
- Must report any suspected information security violation or breach
- Must complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard's guidelines
