Job Summary
Senior Analyst overseeing enterprise DAM operations for Novartis, including asset verification, rights tagging, migration, curation, and archival workflows. Manages day-to-day operations of the Novartis Enterprise DAM and supports SFU workflow to ensure assets are quality-checked, correctly rights-tagged, and reusable across the enterprise. Collaborates with agencies of record and content owners to verify source files, manage usage rights metadata, and generate public CDNs for web-ready and print-ready assets. Provides DAM curation, migration support, onboarding for new business units, and partners with the Customer Experience product team to test features. Builds subject-matter expertise in DAM capabilities, governance, and processes; drives knowledge sharing and people development within the librarian team; supports onboarding of new team members.
Required Qualifications
- B Tech or B Sc or equivalent graduation
- Aprimo certification
- Veeva Vault PromoMats certification
- 5+ years of experience in digital libraries or DAM operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient understanding of content management goals and DAM
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to self-manage and deliver independently
