Senior Analyst / Manager - M&A (Deal Advisory)

Job Summary
Senior Analyst or Manager to support execution of M&A advisory mandates, including preparation of key process materials (e.g. Information Memorandum, management presentations), build detailed financial models and perform valuation analyses, support the senior team with overall M&A process management, engage directly with clients (founders, management and investors), and collaborate with the broader Deal Advisory team throughout the full M&A deal lifecycle; role emphasizes financial modelling, client engagement, and cross-functional collaboration in a high-growth NZ M&A practice.
Required Qualifications
- 2–6 years’ experience in a high quality corporate advisory, investment banking or corporate development role
- strong academic track record
- proven financial modelling capability, or an otherwise strong quantitative background
- proven commercial acumen and genuine interest in business and markets
- proactive, self-starting approach with ability to perform under pressure
- strong communication and collaboration skills
- high energy, motivation and ambition for a career in M&A
