Job Summary
Senior Analyst, Loyalty Portfolio Management responsible for supporting the enterprise loyalty portfolio across multiple priorities (including targeted messaging, initiative planning, and large-scale loyalty campaigns). You will partner with analytics and business teams to measure performance, identify insights, and optimize campaigns; develop roadmaps to enhance personalization and customer engagement; pull and interpret data to support decision-making; coordinate cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution; and prepare presentations for senior stakeholders. This role contributes to the PC Optimum loyalty experience and collaborates with grocery divisions, digital, marketing, legal, customer contact centres, fraud prevention, finance, and technology teams in a fast-paced Canadian retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in business, marketing, analytics, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in strategy, marketing, product management, program management, or operations within loyalty, retail, CPG, or a related industry
- Strong ability to collaborate with and influence cross-functional stakeholders across a complex, matrixed organization
- Knowledge of SQL and/or data literacy with ability to interpret, validate, and draw insights from data
