Job Summary
Lead logistics industrial engineering initiatives by utilizing data mining and analysis to drive process automation and design tooling for production. Manage small to medium-scale projects that improve product performance, reduce variation, and lower costs through statistical process control and root cause analysis. Provide cross-functional leadership from the production floor to senior management to ensure project milestones and quality standards are met while maintaining program targets. Complete detailed technical reports, presentations, and documentation for routings and manufacturing procedures.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. Person (lawful permanent resident, U.S. citizen, U.S. national, refugee, or asylee status)
- University Degree
- minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience
- Advanced Degree in a related field
- Continuous improvement / Root Cause Analysis experience
- Manufacturing experience
