Job Summary
Senior Analyst Learning & Development with German responsible for organizing internal development opportunities (trainings, development programs, webinars from scheduling to learning history documentation), booking external trainings including documentation and invoice processing for Europe and Global functions, administration of Compliance Trainings in Insight learning, maintenance of trainings in Insight Learning (SAP/SuccessFactors), training vendor/participant coordination, generation of reports (learning hours, curriculum status), first-level support for Insight modules and Talent & L&D systems, helping transfer of tasks from local entities to the Business Service Center, contributing to process improvement initiatives, handling invoices and cost allocation per departments, and collaborating to meet organizational objectives with a customer-centric, collaborative approach.
Required Qualifications
- +2 years of experience in L&D similar roles, HR or customer service roles
- +1 year experience with LMS and/or other Talent management systems (SuccessFactors, Workday etc.)
- University degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Management
- Fluency in English and a medium level of German (B2)
- Microsoft 365 efficient user
- Experience with LMS Admin / HR systems/ ERP/ SAP Success Factors, Workday etc.
