Senior Analyst (KFSUK Finance)

Job Summary
Own the month-end close process and regulatory reporting, ensuring accuracy across the P&L, balance sheet, and daily safeguarding reconciliations in line with FCA requirements. Prepare management accounts and reporting packs for internal stakeholders, the Consumer Credit and Finance Committee, and the Board. Lead the annual budget and quarterly reforecast process while building longer-term financial forecasting models covering P&L, balance sheet, capital, and liquidity projections. Monitor cash and intercompany balances and take ownership of the annual stress testing. Support tax, transfer pricing, and governance activities, including VAT and corporate tax compliance, the quarterly IGSA review, and audit support for external statutory and safeguarding audits. Contribute to strategic initiatives shaping the future of KFSUK and the UK market.
Required Qualifications
- Qualified finance professional (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Post-qualification experience in a regulated financial services environment
- Strong analytical skills
- Proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Strong financial modelling skills
- Comfortable working with large data sets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate complex finance matters clearly
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines independently
- Hands-on experience with month-end close
- Hands-on experience with management reporting
- Hands-on experience with regulatory reporting in a financial services environment
Desired Qualifications
- Exposure to treasury, capital or liquidity management
- Familiarity with tax compliance and FCA regulatory reporting
- Experience with transfer pricing or intercompany governance
- Experience supporting statutory or safeguarding audits
