Job Summary
Manage the team to ensure service delivery standards are maintained by conducting regular feedback sessions, coaching, and team meetings. Serve as the single point of contact for operational issues while assisting with new hire training and policy documentation. Provide reporting and data insights on team performance, oversee support tickets, and escalate to IT as required. Update MRI documentation, process related records, and thoroughly test fixes before deployment. Actively participate in requirements gathering, design solutions, and execute testing across systems. Implement new initiatives and process improvements to drive operational excellence. This role supports the broader JLL mission to shape the future of real estate through advisory and technology services.
