Job Summary
Provide Tier 2+ support for software and hardware devices related to desktops, laptops, warehouse technologies, and peripherals at the Cardinal Health Denver, CO Distribution facility. Act as the sole IT support person for the site, including after-hours and weekend activities, while offering secondary support for the Englewood, CO location. Diagnose and troubleshoot network configuration, server interaction, and diagnostics; install, remove, and configure hardware and software. Confers with end users, technology teams, and vendors to resolve incidents and fulfill requests, prioritizing effectively and escalating as needed. Apply business acumen to correlate business requirements to technology solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to act as primary IT support of site
- Must be able to work with various teams across the organization to provide IT support
- Must be able to provide Tier 2+ support for software and hardware devices (virtual or physical) related to desktops, laptops, warehouse technologies, and associated peripherals
- Must be able to work with end users, technology teams, and vendors to resolve incidents and fulfill requests
- Must be able to install/remove/configure hardware and software
- Must demonstrate appropriate interpersonal skills to manage and deliver exceptional customer service
- Must be able to partner with end users to correlate business requirements to technology solutions (strong business acumen)
- Must be able to prioritize effectively and escalate as needed
- Must be able to respond to customer needs and services, as assigned
- Must have a Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience
- Must have 2+ years experience in related field
- Must have experience in a Warehouse Environment
- Must have knowledge of RF scanners, Zebra printers, Bar code scanners
- Must have working knowledge of Windows 10, SCCM, ServiceNow and Office 365
- Must be available for some after hour support
- Must be available for weekend activities
- Must be able to work with secondary support responsibility for the Englewood, CO location
Desired Qualifications
