Job Summary
Senior Analyst will support the full investment lifecycle within ARCHIMED's Life Sciences Tools & Services team, performing financial modeling, market analysis and due diligence to inform investment decisions. Responsibilities include building detailed operating and LBO models, developing valuation frameworks (DCF, comparables), synthesizing data rooms and external analyses into concise findings, drafting investment committee memoranda and management presentations, and contributing to sourcing, thesis development and portfolio value creation. Requires 2-4 years of relevant experience and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills; healthcare or life sciences exposure is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in private equity, M&A investment banking, transaction advisory, consulting or a related analytical role, ideally with healthcare or life sciences exposure.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with demonstrated command of LBO and operating model construction, valuation and returns analysis.
- Sound commercial judgment and the ability to structure ambiguous problems, prioritize the issues that matter and reach a clear point of view.
- Intellectual curiosity and genuine interest in the life sciences tools and services landscape. Direct sector experience is a plus, not a prerequisite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to distil complex analysis into concise, credible output for a senior audience.
- High ownership and attention to detail. Takes accountability for accuracy and moves with pace under deadline pressure.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. Familiarity with data and research platforms (Capital IQ, PitchBook or similar) is preferred.
- Higher education degree in finance, economics, business administration, engineering or a life sciences discipline. Strong academic record required.
