Senior Analyst – Interior Designer

Senior Analyst – Interior Designer responsible for developing design concepts and detailed plans, including floor plans, elevations, interior details, and 3D renderings. Responsible for selecting materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and other fixtures; creating sample boards to illustrate design concepts; maintaining strong client, supplier, vendor, and contractor relationships; coordinating with architects, engineers, and MEP consultants; preparing cost estimates and budgets; overseeing construction to ensure design is implemented as intended; conducting quality control checks; staying current with industry trends and technologies to keep designs fresh, innovative, and sustainable; conducting site visits to evaluate spaces and document findings; requires strong communication, proactive approach, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape Render engine, and Adobe Creative Suite is expected, with Autodesk Revit knowledge considered an added advantage.
