Job Summary
FXMM Senior Analyst responsible for the correct, complete, and timely processing and administration of confirmations and settlements of foreign exchange and money market products. Responsibilities include monitoring and processing new/amended/cancelled trades, matching FX/MM/NDF confirmations, investigating unmatched confirmations and stuck trades, affirming and confirming trade details with clients, raising and resolving trade/discrepancies, monitoring confirmation platforms and back-office systems, data management and post-settlement support, generating reports for regulatory and management information, and implementing system/process changes in line with new regulations or policies. Requires 3-5 years FM Operations experience, strong knowledge of FXMM and NDF confirmations/settlements, SWIFT and market-utility systems (Calypso, TRAM, Payplus, MUREX), and excellent communication and problem-solving skills to work with Front Office/Sales, ING branches, and global teams.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years relevant work experience in Financial Market Operations (FM Operations)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Proficiency with SWIFT
- Experience with Calypso, TRAM, Payplus, and MUREX
- Knowledge of FM Products FXMM and NDF Confirmations and Settlements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to review work before forwarding
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to resolve matters quickly and equitably
- Ability to work without supervision
- Ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter with multi-tasking capability
- Team player and collaborative mindset
