Job Summary
Lead end-to-end execution for assigned credits across power, midstream, refining, and digital infrastructure, synthesizing market signals and peer context into decision-useful insights for rating committees. Provide day-to-day guidance to Research Assistants and Rating Analysts, codifying standard work and proposing lightweight automations to strengthen AI-enabled productivity. Own surveillance and updates for the portfolio, preparing client-ready narratives that translate complex data into clear stories while maintaining rigorous adherence to methodology and data governance. Engage with external stakeholders to drive market participation and support senior analysts in external analytical engagements. Operate alongside AI agents in recurring workflows, validating outputs and defining guardrails for automated decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Three to five years' of relevant work experience
- Employees are required to work from the office a minimum of two days per week
- Candidates who reach the final stage of the interview process will be asked to attend at least one in-person interview at their nearest S&P Global Ratings office before an offer can be extended
