Job Summary
Provide day-to-day guidance and coaching to Research Assistants and Rating Analysts on credit analysis, data discipline, and tooling. Lead end-to-end execution for assigned credits, managing surveillance, portfolio updates, and stakeholder engagement to deliver client-ready narratives. Embed responsible AI use by creating reusable assets, proposing lightweight automations, and operating alongside AI agents in recurring workflows while maintaining rigorous governance. Synthesize performance data and market signals into decision-useful insights, ensuring adherence to methodology and evidentiary standards. Support the maintenance and review of models to guarantee robustness and repeatability, defining guardrails for automated workflows.

- Employees are required to work from the office a minimum of two days per week
