Job Summary
Senior Analyst, HRIT at AIA Digital+ in Kuala Lumpur, focusing on supporting HR applications (Workday) and HRIT integrations. Responsibilities include managing integration between Global HRIT Platform and related systems, configuring and customizing solutions to align with global standards, handling Change Requests and SLAs, providing end-user support and increasing HRIT proficiency, assisting in proof-of-concepts for new Change Requests, driving features to improve customer experience in cloud solutions, and contributing to HRIT SOPs and process improvements. Requirements include a university/college degree in computer science or related discipline, 2–3 years regional solution/system support experience with Workday exposure and integration configuration, plus Java programming as an added advantage; strong analytical, communication, presentation, and time-management skills; willingness to work extended hours and maintain professionalism and initiative.
Required Qualifications
- Education: University/College graduate in computer science or related discipline
- Experience: 2 to 3 years’ relevant experience in regional solution/system support
- Has exposure in Workday as a support function or as an end user
- Has Workday configuration experience in Integration module
- Has experience in Java Programming is an added advantage
- Able to write clearly and concisely and work within tight deadlines
- Able to work extended hours when necessary
- Able to manage priorities and tasks and time efficiently
- Keen to learn, a team player and have good working attitude
- Able to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks
- Able to manage sensitive and sometimes confidential information
