Senior Analyst, HRIS Human Resources

Job Summary
Own and evolve NISA's HR technology roadmap by evaluating capabilities for ADP Workforce Now and coordinating upgrades with HR and Accounting leadership. Translate business processes into system configurations across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, while leading testing and validation of system updates and patches. Partner with IT/Application Management to design integrations between HR platforms and downstream systems, ensuring accurate data flows and troubleshooting complex escalations. Serve as the primary vendor contact for ADP and ServiceNow, managing SLAs and resolving issues within established service-level agreements. Conduct regular audits of HRIS data to identify discrepancies and support compliance reporting for EEO-1, VETS-4212, and ACA requirements. Document configurations, develop end-user knowledge articles, and deliver training to HR and business users.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5-7 years of experience supporting HRIS or HR technology platforms
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining HRIS integrations between core HR systems and downstream applications
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (workflows, catalog, forms, and case management)
- Solid understanding of core HR business processes and the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, benefits, time and attendance, performance, and offboarding
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive employee information with discretion and sound judgment
- Familiarity with data privacy, confidentiality, and information security requirements for handling sensitive employee data, particularly in a regulated financial services environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and to represent HR's needs effectively with IT partners
Desired Qualifications
- hands-on experience administering ADP Workforce Now preferred
- Proficiency with reporting tools and/or SQL preferred
- Experience in financial services, asset management, or a similarly regulated environment is a plus
