Senior Analyst, HR Technology Solutions

Job Summary

Own the success and continuous evolution of assigned Oracle HCM products by partnering with HR Centers of Excellence, business stakeholders, and vendors to shape technology strategy and deliver scalable solutions. Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and solution design discussions to translate business needs into sustainable configurations, reporting, and automation. Serve as the techno-functional subject matter expert, advising stakeholders on system capabilities, emerging technologies, and leading practices while driving continuous improvement through process optimization and AI enhancements. Evaluate business needs against technical feasibility and strategic alignment to recommend priorities and maximize investment value. This role reports to the HR Technology team within Shared Services and operates in a hybrid environment following the WM Office Policy.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (accredited)
  • High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four years of relevant experience
  • 5 years of experience supporting Technology Service Delivery (in addition to education requirement)

Desired Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud and related HR technology solutions, with experience configuring, supporting, and optimizing solutions across multiple HR functional areas
  • Ability to combine business process expertise with technical understanding to evaluate solution options, translate requirements into system capabilities, troubleshoot issues, and deliver scalable technology solutions
  • Working knowledge of HR business processes and technology solutions, with the ability to quickly understand operational needs, align technology capabilities to evolving workforce strategies, and support the continuous evolution of assigned products or capabilities
  • Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, reporting, AI, and system optimization through thoughtful analysis, solution design, and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships and collaborate effectively across HR, Digital, Reporting & Analytics, vendors, and cross-functional business partners
  • Ability to influence decisions, facilitate discussions, and achieve alignment across diverse stakeholder groups without direct authority
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts in clear, business-friendly language
  • Experience facilitating discovery sessions, workshops, solution design discussions, and executive presentations
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills with the ability to evaluate complex business and technical challenges, identify root causes, assess solution alternatives, and make sound recommendations supported by data
  • Experience leading or contributing to the delivery of enterprise technology solutions through business analysis, configuration, testing, release management, production support, and user adoption
  • Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to explore emerging technologies, AI capabilities, industry trends, and best practices to continuously improve HR technology solutions and business processes
  • Proven ability to independently manage competing priorities, deliver high-quality work, and drive initiatives from concept through implementation while maintaining a strong focus on customer experience, operational excellence, and measurable business value
