Senior Analyst, HR Shared Services responsible for staff insurance/benefit administration (enrollment, changes, termination), assisting with annual benefits renewal, issuing HR-related letters, supporting Workday data issues, payroll-related processes, rewards distributions, benefit-in-kind tracking for payroll reporting, back-up for background screening, maintaining Malaysia P-file through entire employee lifecycle, ensuring mandatory documents are captured and stored in physical and digital formats, ensuring compliance with data retention schedules and local regulations, supporting off-boarding activities (resignation tracker, access management, return of access card), expatriate administration (Employment Pass & PVP), ensuring benefits payments/deductions flow to payroll, handling day-to-day payroll administration for Malaysia, maintaining trackers/templates (FTE, Shift, Overtime, New Hire, Payroll Instruction, Promotion), performing statutory updates, and assisting with referrals and Workday updates as required.
