Job Summary
Senior Health Economist/Analyst - PRO and Preference Elicitation in HEOR. This role focuses on patient-reported outcome measurement and preference elicitation research within a Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) team. Responsibilities include supporting quantitative and qualitative HEOR projects, health valuation and utility measurement, development of PRO measures, and analysis of outcomes data to inform value-driven healthcare delivery. Desired qualifications include an MSc or equivalent in Health Economics or related field, 1-3 years of PRO and preference elicitation experience, knowledge of PRO methodologies, utility measurement, survey development, psychometric validation, econometrics, and proficiency with Stata/R. The role requires strong communication, project management, and the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team. Required Qualifications
- Educational degree (such as MSc) in Health Economics, Epidemiology, Medical Sciences, Psychology, or a related field
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in PRO and preference elicitation studies
- Knowledge of health economics and methodologies for the analysis of patient-reported outcomes (e.g., utility measurement, analysis and development of PRO measures)
- Knowledge of methodologies for utility measurement, survey development, and psychometric validation
- Understanding of statistical analysis, econometrics, and data interpretation
- Project management skills
- Proficiency with statistical software packages (e.g., Stata, R)
- Fluency in English
- Excellent MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel skills
- Communication skills
