Job Summary
Senior Health Economics Analyst focusing on PRO and preference elicitation within HEOR projects. Lead development and analysis of patient-reported outcome measures, conduct health economics and outcomes research including utility measurement, and contribute to data interpretation and reporting for clients. Requires MSc in Health Economics, Epidemiology, Medical Sciences, Psychology, or related field, 1–3 years of PRO and preference elicitation experience, strong quantitative and qualitative skills, experience with Stata/R, and excellent communication. Hybrid work model with locations in Boston (US), London (UK), Newcastle (UK), or Ireland. Collaborative, autonomous team player eager to contribute to non-project work and professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Educational degree (such as MSc) in Health Economics, Epidemiology, Medical Sciences, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in PRO and preference elicitation studies
- Knowledge of health economics methodologies for PRO analysis and utility measurement
- Experience with survey development and psychometric validation
- Statistical analysis, econometrics, and data interpretation
- Project management skills
- Proficiency in Stata and R
- Fluency in English
- Excellent MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
