Job Summary
Senior Analyst - GTM Finance embedded with GTM leaders to own the go-to-market revenue analytics stack, including ARR/renewals, bookings forecasting, and GTM cost analytics. Partners with CRO, VP of Sales/Customer Success, and RevOps; develops multi-driver revenue models, renewal economics, and capacity planning; delivers monthly/weekly ARR bridge, bookings forecast by segment, and cohort analyses (NRR/GRR). Requires strong Excel and CRM skills (Salesforce), BI tooling (PowerBI/Tableau/Looker), and ERP/FP tools; must be able to communicate insights to executives and operate within Central Time. Travel to Sugar Land campus may be required; remote flexibility noted.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related quantitative field
- 4–7 years of progressive experience in SaaS FP&A, revenue finance, GTM analytics, or RevOps
- Demonstrated mastery of SaaS revenue metrics including ARR bridge, NRR/GRR, bookings-to-revenue, and pipeline analytics
- Experience building or owning a sales capacity model (rep count, ramp, quota, OTE, attainment)
- Strong commercial fluency with revenue leaders
- Knowledge of renewal economics and customer success finance (uplift, churn forecasting)
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with Salesforce or other CRM; BI tools (PowerBI/Tableau/Looker); ERP systems (NetSuite, Dynamics); FP tools (Workday Adaptive Planning, Anaplan)
- Strong written and verbal communication; able to translate analytics for executives
- Availability during Central Time business hours; close-cycle cadence
- Experience modeling commissions and OTE; ASC 606 revenue recognition for SaaS/maintenance
