Job Summary
Senior Analyst in a Global Security Command Centre responsible for monitoring security systems (CCTV, access control) and responding to incidents in real time. Duties include threat assessment and escalation, coordinating with on-site personnel, law enforcement, and vendors; documenting incidents and actions; conducting security audits and routine checks; participating in training and cross-functional process improvements; and supporting the Shift Lead. Requires 5+ years in security operations, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with security technology; based in Gurgaon, India, on a contract basis. Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in security operations, surveillance, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficiency with CCTV, access control systems, and incident management software
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Knowledge of MS Office; Power BI; Lenel is an advantage
