Job Summary
Senior Analyst - Global Business Sales and Operations will coordinate and monitor 3PL/NVOCC documentation processing and vessel ETA updates to customers, support trucker brokerage, manage end-to-end 3PL documentation workflows (booking creation, shipper's instructions, Original and Seaway Bills of Lading), track container movements across drayage/terminals/vessels, communicate schedule changes and documentation updates to clients, meet urgent documentation deadlines with outbound logistics teams, manage customer documents for accuracy, support dispatch coordination and drayage communication, coordinate outbound bookings with steamship lines, arrange pickup/delivery appointments between customers and trucking partners, provide timely tracking updates, and create/process shipment invoices in Genysis/Paycargo; role is based in Irvine, CA with travel up to 5%.
Required Qualifications
- H.S Diploma/G.E.D Required
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred
- 3 - 5 Years of Direct Experience in Transportation and/or Logistics Required
- 4 - 7 Years of Direct Experience in Transportation, Logistics, and/or Supply Chain Logistics Preferred
- Hazmat Training Preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English Required
- Proficient with PC skills: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and other database management systems Required
