Senior Analyst, FP&A

Partner with Sales and Underwriting teams to develop annual budgets by gathering business inputs, analyzing financial performance, and building financial models to support planning and decision-making. Conduct complex analyses of large datasets containing client contract and pricing information to quantify the financial impact of contractual pricing changes for forecasting and budgeting purposes. Ensure data integrity through validation, anomaly detection, and refinement of underlying assumptions and models. Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency, strengthen data quality, and improve the accuracy of financial reporting and forecasts. Own the allocation and distribution of financial impacts across Retail, Specialty, and Mail channels, ensuring accurate reporting, forecasting, and alignment with business objectives. Drive continuous improvements in budgeting methodologies, data collection processes, analytical frameworks, and reporting capabilities to support more effective financial planning and decision-making.
