Senior Analyst, FP&A

Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans by collaborating with stakeholders to gather inputs and analyze data for resource allocation. Conduct in-depth financial analysis including variance, trend, and profitability studies while supporting the forecasting process through model development and scenario evaluation. Identify cost-saving opportunities, revenue enhancement strategies, and process improvements to streamline workflows and enhance data accuracy. Coach junior team members on problem-solving and decision-making while implementing changes to optimize team performance. Requires 3-5 years of financial analysis experience, a Bachelor's degree, and proficiency in S4/SAP, Anaplan, and Workday. Full-time role with 40 weekly hours and a base salary range of $46,988.00 - $122,400.00.
