Job Summary
Prepare monthly financial reporting and annual budgets while supporting the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis. Develop new analysis formats and dashboards to interpret results, articulate recommendations, and drive operational decisions through cross-functional initiatives. Manage month-end closing activities, ad hoc reporting requests, and key metric benchmarks. Leverage analytics and technology to provide insights across different business areas.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Advanced knowledge of financial planning, business processes, budgeting and forecasting
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of dashboards, metrics, financial analysis, and trending
- Superior analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- English proficiency
Desired Qualifications
- Professional accounting designation
- Prior experience with ERP's, Power BI, financial analytics or similar
- Bilingualism (French and English)
