Job Summary
Senior Analyst supporting planning and analysis for revenue/expenses/premiums with Oracle Planning and Microsoft BI expertise; develops and maintains Oracle Planning reports, analyzes monthly/quarterly/annual plans, budgets, and variances, and collaborates with Corporate Finance and subsidiaries to ensure alignment with Mutual of America’s strategy.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Expert knowledge of MS tools (Access / Excel / Word / PowerPoint / Visio / SharePoint)
- Working knowledge of BI tools including Oracle Planning and Microsoft BI
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Prior FP&A experience
