Job Summary
Conduct client workshops and stakeholder discussions to understand business requirements for financial modelling engagements. Design, develop, and maintain financial models that incorporate complex accounting treatments and support strategic decision-making. Analyse operational data to present findings and recommendations while collaborating across Corporate Finance and mentoring junior team members. Manage project activities across multiple engagements and transform complex information into practical, data-driven solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Economics or a related discipline
- 2-4 years' experience in a related role, which may include Corporate Finance, Advisory, Audit, Tax, Banking, Transaction Services or Financial Analysis
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Commercial mindset with a genuine interest in understanding business drivers
- Ability to simplify and communicate complex financial concepts
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment
Desired Qualifications
- CA, CPA or equivalent qualification completed or nearing completion
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
- Networking and relationship-building capabilities
