Job Summary
Senior Analyst Financial Controls Advisor in Plymouth, MN on a hybrid schedule. Designs, documents, and enhances internal control frameworks across key business processes for SOX 404 compliance; performs ICFR risk assessments; documents risk and control matrices (RCMs); supports remediation efforts; coordinates with Finance, Risk, Internal Audit, and the Financial Controls Advisory team; tracks remediation actions and control enhancements; provides analytical support for finance transformation and ICFR initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 4+ years of demonstrated strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently on assigned workstreams while collaborating effectively within a team and with cross-functional stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Actively pursuing or interest in pursuing a professional certification (CPA or equivalent) preferred
- Strong analytical capabilities, including experience working with data, reporting, and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, process mapping tools) to analyze information and present insights clearly
