Job Summary
Own the re-forecasting process from inputs to final numbers, leading monthly sessions that align every department on plan and targets. Drive accountability by challenging P&Ls for senior stakeholders, building business cases, and pushing follow-ups to closure on ambiguous, high-stakes questions. Maintain and enhance dashboards in BigQuery/Looker while using AI tools like Gemini or ChatGPT daily to build clearer frameworks and accelerate analysis. Own workstreams end-to-end, from defining hypotheses to landing recommendations stakeholders can act on, ensuring judgment keeps the numbers credible and the organization accountable.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years in FP&A, strategy, controlling, consulting, or a fast-paced analytical role
- exposure to reforecasting or cash flow modeling
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related
- English
- BigQuery
- Looker
- AI tools (Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar)
