Job Summary
Senior Analyst – Finance Operations responsible for owning and delivering complex reconciliations, supporting operational finance processes including expenditure approvals and reporting, and strengthening controls. Acts as a go-to expert for resolving complex issues, identifying risks and opportunities, and driving process improvements. Collaborates with the Head of Finance Operations to ensure data accuracy, integrity and efficient workflows within Heartland's finance function.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years’ experience in reconciliations or operational finance
- Experience in complex, high-volume environments
- Exposure to banking or financial services (ideal, but not essential)
- Experience with ERP systems (like Workday) and reporting tools
- Advanced skills in Excel (formulas, pivots, Power Query) and tools like Power BI
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
- A proactive mindset—you take ownership and make things happen
Desired Qualifications
