Senior Analyst, Finance

Senior Financial Analyst, Retail FP&A supporting U.S. Stores and U.S./CA store payroll planning; partners with Store Operations, Human Resources, Real Estate, and the Retail FP&A team to plan and optimize spend across the U.S. and Canadian retail fleet. Based in Buckhead office (Atlanta) with 70% focus on U.S. Stores and payroll planning, 30% on Retail FP&A deliverables. Responsibilities include preparing the annual U.S. Stores payroll budget, researching and explaining forecast variances, delivering quarterly and long-range planning updates, assisting in annual budget preparation with cross-functional partners, and providing day-to-day financial support. Lead materials for key meetings (weekly Retail LT, Monthly Business Review, Leadership Team, Earnings Preparation, Board of Directors), conduct ad hoc analyses to support strategic decisions, identify and lead process improvements within Retail FP&A. Must have a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5+ years of relevant experience; strong Excel skills; ability to synthesize and communicate results clearly; excellent teamwork and ability to manage multiple priorities; capable of presenting to various levels of the organization.
