Job Summary
Prepare the annual U.S. Stores payroll budget across all locations and support cross-functional partners with day-to-day financial planning. Research and explain forecast variances monthly and deliver quarterly updates incorporating emerging business trends. Support the preparation of the annual U.S. Stores budget and conduct ad-hoc analysis for tactical and strategic decision-making. Deliver materials for key meetings including Leadership Team and Earnings Preparation, while identifying process improvements within Retail FP&A. This role partners with Store Operations, Human Resources, and Real Estate to optimize spend across the U.S. and Canadian retail fleet, reporting to the Manager, FP&A.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years general business, accounting / FP&A with experience in accounting and finance principles
- Bachelor's degree
- Familiarity with accounting concepts and ability to analyze financial statements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
