The role demands analytical skills to interpret financial results and respond to ad-hoc requests, alongside strong communication skills to support operational interactions with Property Administrators and third-party service providers. Candidates should possess a university degree in Commerce, Business, or Accounting and have 3-5 years of relevant experience.
