Job Summary
Prepare and execute payments for vendors and staff reimbursement claims while managing Accounts Payables operations. Post monthly journal entries, prepare reconciliations and supporting schedules, and handle SST, WHT working files, and tax payments to authorities. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including vendors, tax agents, and bankers. Execute ad-hoc activities assigned by leadership. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting with a minimum of three years of experience in Accounts Payable and month-end close.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting from an accredited university
- Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA)
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in Accounts Payable
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in Accounting (month-close)
- Strong accounting knowledge
- Knowledge of accounting practices
- Knowledge of accounting standards
- Knowledge of accounting laws
- Knowledge of accounting regulations
- Advanced computer skills on MS Office
- Experience with SAP system
- Experience with SAP subsystems
- Ability to multitask
- Willingness to learn
- Positive attitude
- Detailed and well-organized
