Job Summary
Senior Analyst, Facility and Security Technology role focusing on security systems, facility technology/smart buildings, and cyber-hardening of devices. Responsibilities include creating SOP documents, managing ServiceNow tickets, project and service programming, vendor scheduling and issue remediation, daily operations and performance analysis of supported systems, lifecycle management of hardware/software, and providing on-call support. Essential skills include IP CCTV and access control troubleshooting, Lenel OnGuard and Milestone Systems certification, strong networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, routing), and the ability to work across rotations with a focus on reliability and security in healthcare facilities.
