Job Summary
Prepare stock-based compensation analyses and SEC disclosures on a quarterly and annual basis, including Forms 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, and proxy statements, in accordance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations. Develop supporting schedules and documentation for earnings releases, financial statements, and investor materials while maintaining cross-functional relationships with stakeholders across stock administration, HR, tax, treasury, legal, and investor relations. Support ad hoc projects involving process automation and technical accounting initiatives. Requires a Chartered Accountant with 2-4 years of post-qualification experience, including Big 4 exposure and ICFR framework knowledge. Intapp builds AI software for top investment and legal firms, serving over 2,700 clients globally.
Required Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant with 2-4 years of post-qualification experience
- Prior experience of working with Big 4 accounting firms
- Experience with ICFR framework and documentation requirements
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies and maintain accuracy across complex financial reporting deliverables
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
- A willingness to learn and a strong desire to enact changes where necessary
- Proficiency with Shareworks, Workiva, and Netsuite or equivalent platforms
