Senior Analyst– Executive Remuneration Delivery in Mercer’s Executive Rewards Research (Global Data Disclosure) team based in Noida. Hybrid role requiring at least three days per week in the office. Responsibilities include independently collecting data from verified public disclosures/annual reports, self-reviewing data end-to-end, maintaining robust documentation, ensuring compliance with internal policies, and providing analytical support to global stakeholders. Educational requirement is a graduate degree (B.Com/M.Com/MBA). Candidates should have strong quantitative research skills, attention to detail, and proficient English communication. The role operates on a 11:30 am–8:30 pm shift and offers collaboration across multiple teams and professional development opportunities.
Required Qualifications
