Job Summary
Senior Analyst leading the design, development and implementation of data mapping and conversion for onboarding within the Black Diamond Trust team. Acts as a subject matter expert on system schemas, data mapping and financial balancing at conversion; optimizes data transmission between applications, troubleshoots discrepancies, and supports the implementation team during client onboarding. Develops scripts and facilities to optimize data loading processes to ensure timely completion; focuses on data integrity and consistency across data integrations for financial services and healthcare technology environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 10+ years’ experience in data mapping and conversion
- Hands on experience with Microsoft database technologies, including SQL Server, stored procedures, functions, triggers, indexes, and database architecture
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Project Management skills
- Ability to work proactively, both independently and in small groups
- Strong analytical skills to identify system and business impacts
