Job Summary
Senior Analyst in ECL Staging within TD's Model Management & Analytics team responsible for understanding IFRS 9 ECL reporting requirements, supporting data migration and staging of inputs into the expected loss calculator (gCLAS), analyzing provision estimates, documenting assumptions and adjustments, and supporting audits and regulatory attestations. Requires hands-on experience with SAS, SQL or Python, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and familiarity with retail credit risk concepts and IFRS application as assets.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in Finance, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science or similar disciplines
- Postgraduate degree is an asset
- SAS Certification is considered as an asset
- PRMIA, GARP, CPA or similar accreditation is an asset
- Experience with SAS, SQL or Python
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with audit/regulatory/SOX reviews
