Job Summary
Senior Analyst on the East Coast SCM Team 2 responsible for freight forwarding operations. Primary duties include coordinating ocean services, air import/export, inland freight, warehouse and distribution, updating database systems, operational reporting to the Manager, and ad-hoc project support. Responsible for inbound/outbound freight forwarding daily operations, working with clients/vendors/agents/airlines to process shipments, tracking shipments, ensuring carrier/compliance requirements, and providing excellent customer service. Skills include strong communication, advanced MS Excel/Word/Outlook/PowerPoint proficiency, problem-solving, detail orientation, and ability to operate with minimal supervision. Education: High School Diploma/G.E.D required; Bachelor's Degree preferred. Travel: 5%.
