Senior Analyst –Direct Sourcing (Commodity Operations)

Job Summary
Execute sourcing strategies and manage end-to-end RFQ/RFP activities, including supplier communication, quote collection, bid analysis, and commercial evaluations. Support supplier engagement, negotiation preparedness, and inflation mitigation through commercial reviews and price analysis. Perform spend analysis, quote benchmarking, cost comparison, and savings validation while coordinating PPAP tracking and project milestones. Develop sourcing dashboards, KPI scorecards, and savings reports to analyze supplier performance data and drive process improvement. Partner with Global Commodity Leaders, Engineering, and Suppliers to deliver sourcing outcomes across machined components, rubber/plastics, and fluid handling sectors. Work within EU time zone (11:00 AM IST – 08:00 PM IST) in a high-volume transactional environment supporting the global sourcing center of excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Supply Chain, or related discipline
- 3-5 years of experience in Direct Sourcing or Commodity Management
- Experience supporting mechanical commodities in a manufacturing environment
- Hands-on experience executing RFQs, supplier engagement activities, and commercial evaluations
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
- Advanced Excel skills
- Support EU time zone – 11:00 AM IST – 08:00PM IST
