Job Summary
Conduct feasibility studies for new hotel developments, conversions, and acquisition opportunities across Europe. Create and maintain detailed financial models, investment appraisals, and business cases to support investment decisions. Analyze hotel performance, market positioning, demand drivers, and competitive environments while monitoring hospitality market trends and economic indicators. Prepare investment memoranda, reports, and recommendations for internal stakeholders, investors, and external partners. Support due diligence processes and track the development pipeline through portfolio reporting. Review development assumptions, operating forecasts, and projected returns to provide analytical support throughout the decision-making process.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Hospitality, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Between two and four years of relevant experience in hotel development, real estate, investment banking, transaction services, consulting, or a similar analytical role
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
- Strong research, analytical, and presentation abilities
- Experience preparing feasibility studies, investment appraisals, or business cases
- A clear understanding of financial statements, performance indicators, and investment metrics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- The ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines
