Job Summary
Provide advice and guidance to business units on Privacy program risks; maintain current knowledge of Americas privacy laws and regulations relating to governance, operations, and compliance; participate in Privacy Governance structures including data subject rights, regulatory notifications, and DPIAs; develop and maintain policies, standards, procedures, and training content; monitor ongoing privacy risk programs and coordinate investigations (eDiscovery) as needed; assess and advise on new technology, cloud, and mobile app implementations; collaborate with Legal and Compliance stakeholders to strengthen privacy posture; support regional Privacy Team networks and incident response; demonstrate strong analytical, communication, and relationship-management skills with cross-functional teams; five years of privacy experience required; IAPP certifications preferred.
