Job Summary
Develop automated processes to ensure high CRM data quality and reliability, while designing validation and deduplication rules within Salesforce. Build AI-driven solutions and Python-based scripts to streamline recurring data workflows and reduce manual effort. Create SQL analyses, reports, and dashboards to monitor data integrity and support data-driven decision-making. Evaluate emerging technologies like n8n to identify automation opportunities and optimize business processes across Sales, Marketing, Service, and Product teams. Manage cross-functional projects to advance CRM governance and data standards.
