Job Summary
Senior Analyst - Credit Controller responsible for managing the cash collection portfolio for Clients within the Media and Non-Media Credit Collections Team. Contact Clients via credit management software, email, and telephone to ensure payment to contracted terms; maintain records of communications; resolve queries; reconcile accounts; attend meetings; provide AR support and SOX-compliant documentation; generate weekly/monthly debtors reports; and operate in a hybrid Mumbai office environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Graduate with 6-12 years Credit Collections experience within a multinational organisation
- Energetic, detailed oriented, able to adhere to deadlines
- Strong communication skills for negotiation & reconciliation
- Fluency in English is must
- Collection exposure to international clients is must
- Proficiency in excel and word is required
- Self-motivated
- Commercially focused with a strong Client service approach
- Confidence in dealing and building relationships both internally and externally
- Well organised with strength in prioritising
- Flexible attitude to achieve results
- Location: Mumbai (Work from Office)
- Shift - 1.30PM onwards (Pick up & drop available)
