Job Summary
Senior Analyst in Corporate Finance Systems leads and contributes to highly complex application, website, and data/system testing across UI, API, and integrations. Drives test strategy, automation design, execution, and defect lifecycle management, with on-call support for priority production issues. Serves as a subject matter expert across supported systems and quality engineering practices, guiding automation strategy, framework evolution, and tool evaluation. Responsibilities include analyzing business and system processes, leading cross-team testing efforts (onshore/offshore), maintaining automation that is maintainable and aligned with CI/CD standards, and mentoring team members while delivering hands-on delivery in an Agile environment.
Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on programming experience in TypeScript and Python
- Experience with modern test automation tools/frameworks (Playwright, pytest, MABL)
- Experience designing, developing, and maintaining scalable automated test frameworks
- Knowledge of UI, API, and integration testing across distributed systems
- CI/CD pipelines experience and integrating automated tests into deployment workflows
- Understanding of SDLC and quality engineering practices
- Experience leading/testing efforts across onshore and offshore teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to mentor teams
- Typically 6–8 years of relevant experience or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
